Our Management Plans
Every owner's goals are different. That's why we offer two thoughtfully designed plans — one for owners who need expert leasing only, and one for those who want complete, hands-off management from day one. Both are built around the same standard of care.
When your client needs to lease their home, you shouldn't have to choose between helping them now and protecting your future business with them. Our referral program is built on a simple promise: we handle the management — and your client comes back to you for every future sale.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Submit your client through our referral form.
2. We reach out to explore the right management plan for their property.
3. When they sign a property management agreement with Cardinal, we pay you $500 as a thank-you.
